Doctors Inlet Reserve is a quiet suburban community with 312 homes. The community is convenient to A Rated Clay County Schools, public transportation (spring 2012), shopping and employment. With easy access to both Blanding Blvd, Fleming Island and Highway 17 the location is ideal for those that don't want to commute all the way to Middleburg or Lake Asbury.

The community features low Homeowners Association dues and has no CDD fees. There is a small community pool and playground. There is only 1 entrance in and out of the neighborhood at the corner of Sleepy Hollow Road and Hollow Glen Drive, Middleburg 32068.
